Tanner FoxParticipantI would say you are less that 14%. Nice job.Have you plugged in your numbers to fitday or myfitnesspal to get an accurate total?

Craig HawkinsMemberI have not plugged my numbers in anywhere, where do you do that, on this forum? Thanks for all the advice, as Kiefers book seems to be unclear in some areas. So to be clear, if I do SA, I just adopt CBL on training days only? What should my carb intake be on these days post workout for my size? If I chose this protocol, I will loose BF and gain muscle? If I plan to do DB, I adopt CBL everyday, no matter whether I am training or not. If I choose this protocol, I should gain muscle mass, and maintain the same BF%?Thanks for the help fellas and lady:)

Richard SchmittModeratorYeah SA is pretty much backloads on days you lift and DB you backload pretty much everyday. However, with doing that go by feel and not use it as an excuse just to binge.

Brandon D ChristParticipantYep SA is you backload when you train only, every other day you go ULC.

DreamCrusherMemberI was back loading everyday but cut back to workout days only. I may have mis calculated my carb intake, as wendys large fries or there equivalent, 4 scoops of ice cream, and later on another hypertrophic shakes seems more than 150g of carbs. I am not really looking to get any heavier on the scale, but rather a body recomp. I would like to stay around 195lbs where I am now, but drop my BF% to around 9-10%. Anything lower than that will start to look to freaky for my liking.I would say that my BF% in these pics, and right now is around 14%....Here is a couple before pics before I started CBL:
No homo, but yeah lookin' good bro.

sckielyParticipantChoose SA protocol and keep carbs to workout days, however you should still aim for more carbs, at your weight I would be suggesting 400+g most days and then adjust depending in your results. You do not have to backload every training day either, so to drop more fat keep backloads big but only do it 2-3 times a week. Even I you train 5 days a week!

jcgomezMemberHow much fat are you getting in? It looks like you are less than the 1:1 ratio in terms of grams.
