Hello all,I like doing challenges. My next one is a 90 day carb back-loading and resistance training challenge.I want to introduce myself now and perhaps strike up a few conversations with some other board members and get involved in some discussions. Just generally get my name known around here.Hopefully, a few of you will take interested in my challenge and progress and be able to offer some guidance to help me smash the f@!# out of this challenge.
