Okay so I have been injured for the past six months with some type of left abdominal/oblique strain, and it seems that more injuries keep acuring, for example now I have a groin strain that is taking 8 weeks to heal. So obviously training is limited. Anyway I bought CBL thinking I would start this when I'm recovered. But, looks like I'm gonna be out for even more time.  My question is would CN be okay for limited training (upper body) light weight workouts.  I want to maintain the muscle I have and not have to add any fat. Does this program fit these needs? any feed back or similiar experiences would be helpful! Thank you.

CNS would be best for recovery. You don't need to trading heavy to get it to work either. Eat accordingly during the day and I wouldn't go hog-wild for your CN unless you're able to do HIIT or something the next day. But make it satisfying and enjoyable.

HITT is prolly a no go with the strains. So, what should I do?

For the next day? Can go for a walk, and more during the week. Take it easy with the weights for sure till you get better

Yeah – you don't have to do anything while on CNS. You'll be fine.
