I thought it might be good to start a thread for everyone to post good stuff about the basic keto-paleo way of eating. I frequently visit the bulletproofexec and someone else started a thread with no good results. Obviously there is alot on google but you cant really trust all of it. This also might help me convince other people that theres nothing wrong with eating bacon and cooking in butter, lol.
For refutation of the Lipid Hypothesis — the faulty idea that consumption of fats and a rise in blood cholesterol is what leads to heart disease — I always refer people to Chris Masterjohn's website, Cholesterol-and-Health, and his accompanying blog which touches on many paleo- and keto-related subjects, The Daily Lipid.
