I feel it does exactly what Kiefer says it does in the book. I am a big fan of them. Now that it is the Summer I make them as an ice coffee type of drink.

I wouldn't go so far to say this, but I think the accelerator shake is more for muscle growth and a little something to hold you over your morning fast. If you don't weight train I would recommend you not even take it, but if you do I recommend it.

Well works really well for me. The first 2 weeks I started gaining weight all I had to add was literally 10g of whey iso to my morning regimen and that made a huge difference. Fuck all calories but it worked. I definately notice fat loss slows when I add it too. Agreed about the training thing.

also so if i wake up and eat like an hour later dont take it?( i wake around 830 or 9 and eat around 1030-11 which would be around a 14 hour fast)

DerekcervaParticipantone more question isnt that considered breaking the fast?so would it be optimal to take the accelerator shake at the 12 or 14 hour mark?(fat loss goals of course)

Ah the "breaking of the fast" that everyone is so concerned about! What I gather from Kiefer is that it helps if you for whatever reason you have to fast longer than 12 to 14 hours, but ideally you have the shake immediately when you wake up and you have a meal at the 12 hour mark. This is exactly what the book says to do.So, no, it does not break the fast but it helps.
