This summer I would like to start having a more active lifestyle. What I mean by that is using my bike more than my car, and doing recreational sports instead of just sitting around. Also I would like to uphold the yearly tradition of going swimming twice a week in the summer vacation with friends. Now if I go to the gym by bike (3x a week) and to the swimming pool (2x a week) that would bring me to a total of 92 km ( 57.5 miles) of riding my bike + 3-5km ( 1.8 – 3.1 miles) of swimming each week. I don't do this for cardio but just as a part of an active lifestyle. Could that harm my progress? For your information, my goal is fatloss and I use CNS. At the moment i'm at 19% bodyfat (already lost 3 % on CNS withouth any cardio in 4 weeks)
