I crash the day or two after carb Nite. I feel really tired. I'm eating plenty of fat during the days I just feel out of it. Any one else experience this??Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

normally that happens when the body isn't adapted enough to use fats for energy and its using all the carbs it can then once the supply runs out you feel the crash

Sano,to your knowledge, could that slowness to utilize fat be caused by a hormonal issue? I had six years of sustained sleep deprivation from graduate studies. I seriously think that messed with me. My test seems to be increasing since being on CNS but sometimes I have the crash the day after carb nite as well.

i'm sure it could be possible.. do you work out regularly? if so this could cause the crash doing CN as well..

I'm doing 5/3/1 lifting 4 days a week. No cardio. Last week and this week, I've skipped a day of lifting due to scheduling or feeling drained.

I've been on CNS a month so far. There's seems to be a period between switching back to Fat as fuel where I'm just drained. I normally feel better as the day goes on.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

Keifer says in many discussions that this is when your switching back to an efficient fat burning process after CN. I always had it the day after CN following my training session. If you get it later in the week than thats “The Wall” he refers too, basically you are completely depleted, and training volume should be decreased slightly (up to 20%).
