Hi,Still few questions lol..First of all, I'm doing SA and doing the Heavy duty CBL workout and for me, works really fine. I'll do my third week tomorrow morning. I feel my Bodyfat dropped and strenght went up. I weight now 194 pounds but less bloat and more vascular...Also, I cut fat to a minimum When my Back load! Since this, feel better/Condition is better and more energy the next morning and I sleep like baby. So, here my questions about heavy duty because there are only 4-6 weeks look of doing it:1. After Heavy Duty, do you do a deload week like doing 50% of the weight you were used to in the gym ? If not, what are you doing ?2. After my deload week if I should do one, Could i continue with Heavy duty, but with some changes ? For example, Add Volume like 1-3 sets per muscles ?? Add an exercice only ?? Drop the reps ranges around 5-8 ?? Just do it like usual but not doing the negatives and doing drop set ??  Just switch exercice and keep it the same style??  Thanks 🙂

    1) Normally a Shockwave Routine doesn't call for a Deload. Unless you ultimately need one. 2) Do what you feel is needed. If you feel that changing an exercise to another one to change things up, then go for it. You wouldn't need more sets unless it's only 2, then I would personally bump it to 3 or 4 sets.
