When you add the dextrose, probably remove the MCT.
why remove mct?
You don't necessarily HAVE to. I'm assuming that if you're adding dextrose to the PWO, that's your backload night.. And ideally you'd wanna push fat toward the end of the backload. But again.. It isn't necessarily mandatory, it CAN just be an optimization.
