Alternative to the Abwheel

Is there an alternative to this? I dont have an Abwheel. I know they dont cost much but if there is a good alternative i can save the money.

Do you have a Straight BB? If so load plates on the side and extend out like a normal Ab Wheel device.

+1Or get furniture sliders and put your hands on one of those. (given you do it on carpet, anywho)
