Question: After waking up I love having my coffee but normally I put a zero calorie sweetener and some type of fat (switched to heavy whipping cream or coconut milk to give it a creamy taste) due to what Kiefer says..If you are trying to implement a Intermit Fast into CBL, wouldn't you be ruining your fasted state by having the FAT due to the fact that it has calories??I want to have about a 16 hour fast, but normally i get up 2-3 hours before i start eating.. what do you guys think?
