AarronMemberHi All, I am in the process of creating a plan for CBL. I usually workout in the morning around 8am, but want to move this to around 4pm to benefit from the points in the book. I like to do a 5 day split, 3 of these workouts I can move to afternoons but 2 would need to be mornings. I'm a little confused on when to CBL, heres my workout plan:Monday -Tuesday - PM WorkoutWednesday - PM WorkoutThursday - PM WorkoutFriday -Saturday - AM WorkoutSunday - AM WorkoutCan anyone give any advice on how I transition from CBL on PM workouts to CBL on AM workouts. I appreciate your time, Aarron

GonnaBeGiantMemberI would BL on tues, wed, thurs. then BL evening BL Saturday. That way you have enough glycogen stores to last you Tuesday. Most people won't BL after arms, but try it and see how it works for you!

Many thanks for your reply. Which evening are you referring to in bold above? Thanks

AarronMemberI think what confusing me, is in the book it mentions if you train on the morning the rest days are not days you don't train. So on Friday, although its a rest day, do I take in carbs to fuel the workout for Saturday morning

dspence1GuestThe BL is to fuel the next session of training. I would train fasted on tuesday, BL Tues night, Weds Night, a smaller on Friday night and maybe on sat. night. It all depends on your goals and if you are ok with more gradual loss.

Thanks for replying, when you say train fasted on Tuesday, so have nothing at all until after workout or just no carbs? Thanks

dspence1GuestI mean after sat night (a very light BL, 100g?? based off your weight really), strict ULC until tuesday night, post workout.
