Yet, whenever I do online shopping and look around it always says "hydrolyzed whey protein isolate." Is hydrolyzed whey just a more processed form OF isolate or what?Thanks again guys,JigsawCode
Yep. Hydrolysate is a derivative of isolate, where it's a little more broken down via enzymatic processes.. Basically, hydrolysate is really only used peri-workout because of it's much faster absorption rate and tendency to spike insulin more quickly than isolate, and possible "ability to enhance muscular usage of glucose."
