Amount of carbs

    How many grams of carbs do you guys backload with? (in a “perfect” backload)Please provide some stats with the amount of carbs, thanks 🙂

    IMO it is an entirely personal thing. It is going to depend on the type of training you are doing and how intense the training is. It will also depend on how your body handles carbs. I just offer the advice now of start low ~100g and work you way up to an appropriate amount that gives you a solid look the next morning/the energy for your next workout. I would note that advice is for people on SA protocol who are looking to gain muscle while leaning out not DB.Edit: I suppose  I need to answer your question as well haha. I train 6x a week and consume around 15-20g a day. I run CNS so my CN is around 400g.

    Normally it depends on what you train, how you train, and the muscle mass you have. While heavy weights play a role, so does intensity. Some folks can do 200-250g on training days or up to 400g, off days normally can be ULC or very low amount like  50-100g

    for me training days(6 days a week) i do 150-200g i think(I don't track them)my off day i have 50g or so sometimes more

    32... 5'11.. ..weight fluctuates from 175-180..around 12% bf

    30, 6'1", ~195lbs, ~15%bf I think. Should be noted I'm trying to gain.

    Eat more then! Im about your weight, slightly shorter and slightly older. I have more carbs than that. But yeah obviously its all individual and IMO types of carbs factor heavily into the equation.

    When I'm backloading I'm normally having 300-400g 5-6 days a week, though I don't count all that closely. I know if I need it I simply eat till I feel I've had enough and will sometimes end up 600g+
