Hello All,Before I started CBL I used to take both Animal M-Stack (1hr Pre-workout) and Animal Pump (30mins Pre-workout). Now that I am on CBL which focuses on targeted carbs and hormone levels throughout the day, would it still be okay to take these supplements? There doesn't appear to be any carbs according to the label and I used to love taking this combo because it made me both focused and energetic before a workout. Couple that with the fact that I am switching over to Carb Nite, I really want a Pre-Workout that will keep my energy levels up. I have been taking just caffeine and the pre-workout shake recommended by Kiefer and it has sufficed thus far but I would like to go back to using this stack. Any thoughts or any experiences that people have had with these type of pre-workout supplements would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
