Prior to CBL I experimented with some of the Animal projects, from STAK, to CUTS etc.  However, after the discovery of CBL 10 months ago I have not considered any 'heaver' supplements since.  I am down to around 10% BF, while my weight fluctuates around 191 pounds (87kgs) @ a height of 5'10" and 34 years old. Would a round of animal Stak benefit me in any way, as a test booster, enabling more muscle growth?I have not found any decent articles related to CBL and animal STAK.Many thanks.

Save your money.  As much as I want to support Animal because of their support for powerlifting, quite frankly they peddle useless, overpriced supplements like everyone else.Test boosters are sort of up in the air on whether or not they work.  Most studies are inconclusive, but some people swear by them.  If you want to try some, I'd try Tribulus or D-Aspartic Acid.  I've used both and I think there might be something to them.  Both can be purchased pretty cheaply from Amazon. That being said, I would just stick to caffeine, creatine, protein powder, and leucine if you are trying to save money.  There's a few others I'd recommend, but those are big ones.

I've tried Animal Stak, results were the same as a regular Multi, I've also been using Tribulus and D-Asparic acid in cycles for about 3 years, definitely noticeable difference when I use them, but I personally feel a good PCT is advisable. Beyond that, same advise on the other sups from Ibob. Nothing has been more effective at hypertrophy for me or my clients than simply eating REAL foods and making sure my primary working muscle is hitting peak activation and contraction (the notorious "mind muscle connection"). This often includes dropping weight to get better RoM and higher quality reps.

Many thanks Guys,I suspected the responses would be exactly that, stay away from 'money draining' supplements, while sticking to the basics, with added patience and time.  However, I shall investigate PCT’s, Tribulus and D-Asparic acid and possibly give them a try.Once again this forum proves to be informative and most useful. Thanks again.
