JesseParticipantHello again,I have a little question. I've been listening and gathering all sorts of information about CBL-SA in with AM Training. I came across an interview Kiefer had with M&F, during the Interview Kiefer confirmed, if you are training in the AM you should not backload in twice in a row. Example, Sunday(off day) Backload in the eveningĀ for morning training Monday, and then not backload Monday? I've been Back loading every night if I train the next morning, I Backload Sunday evening, train Monday morning, backload Monday evening, train Tuesday morning, backload Tuesday evening and so on throughout the rest of the week. . Is this the right way to do it?

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorIn the end, the way to make it easiest is to simply backload on a day you train, even if you trained that morning. Then if you have 2-3 or more days off in a row, go a head and backload on a night prior to training even if you didn't train that morning. The MF stuff is old.

Thanks, I've been doing the Arnold Blueprint from BB.com (with a few modifications) 6-days a week. So, I'm safe to keep backloading 6x a week? I usually use "cleaner" carbs as per Kiefer such as, rice with chicken and oatmeal with some WPI.

What kind of oatmeal? I'd suggest the kids sugary oatmeal if you use oatmeal. As far as the program, I have no idea what it is and I don't plan to look it up, but if it's a bro split I will tell you right now that CBL doesn't work as well with a brosplit. It can work, but a push/pull/legs is the least I'd suggest, if not upper/lower or push/pull

I use the Quaker Instant (Original). I mix it with some coca powder and protein powder before bed. The Arnold blueprint is a split, something like, Monday chest/back, Tuesday- shoulders/bi's/tri's, Wednesday-legs, Thursday - chest/back, etc.. same usual shit that's flying around the Inter-webs. I started with a 5x5 program and CNS back in august of 2013 (never having lifted before). I was 340-350lbs, between that and cardio, I lost 110 pounds. Now I'm on CBL just trying different stuff. I never really talked with a trainer, nutritionist before, just looking for some opinions :). Thanks again for you reply's.
