Hey guys,I'm about a month in to CBL, its awesome!23 years old, 165 lbs, 6' tall. I'm a skinnyish guy, been lifting for a few years and my goal is to get my total (squat, bench, DL) above 800 lbs. I'm using the Stronglifts 5x5 program and sometimes throwing in an extra day of slightly higher rep exercises on a lagging body part.CBL goes against all conventional wisdom that I have ever known..... just the fact that I'm still breathing after doing it for a month would have surprised me a month ago. But the thing that really blows me away is that "hulk effect" I have started getting in the gym, I literally never had that intensity before! (on a basically empty stomach none the less). I don't post much, but I love reading these forums and finding new tricks to get more out of our bodies.Anyway, I could keep ranting on how well this is working out for me....... or I could hit this backload ;DRock on guys!!!
