Hello all, I decided to sign up on here so I can frequently beg & plead for advice. My attempt with carb nite was not successful but in the end my brother/coach would rather see me backloading anyway. I have been a powerlifter for 5yrs. I am now at a point where I need body comp changes to keep getting stronger but stay in my wgt class. Enter, carb backloading. Did the 10 day ultralow carb and my first true to program backloading day yesterday. I admit, I am still pretty unsure of how to play this all out in regards to how much of each macro butI'm used to nutritional experimentation... I just hate waiting for results (doesn't everyone though?)
