Trevor G FullbrightModeratorThe changes I would make is have a full 12 hr fast, which meals nothing in coffee.Using some coconut oil or MCT oil in the coffee at the 12 hr mark will benefit much more with fat burning.I'd skip having the shake meal and just have a real meal around that time, and also try to have just 2 pre-workout meals. For the backload I would remove gluten, so many people have issues with it that it's jus tnot work it, plus most gluten free baked goods work super well for backloading.I'd also try to backload more carbs and see what results you get, many people seem to do better that way.

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorYeah, they look fine. Also, I missed it the first time around, but skip the whey pre-workout.

baku16MemberAny reason for that? To watch for insulin spike?

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorYeah, if fat loss is you main goal then you are best to just skip it.

pshannonMemberThe only thing I see is that your not eating enough fat from the right sources. Your getting a lot of omega 6 fats from all of the plant sources. The dark meat chicken is not a ideal source of fat either. Your also under eating which is a problem for FAT GAIN. Less spinach more bacon

Trevor G FullbrightModerator…No bacon….I don't know how I'd survive. Sorry, don't wanna come off as a dick about it, just saying. But why can't you?Anyway, you're best bet is red meats, grass fed is the best choice but even grain fed is still better.Best fats are Grass-fed butter or GheeCoconut/MCT oilRed palm oilTallowLardMac nutsAvocadoOther fats really are best to be avoided or limited from a total health point of veiw

baku16MemberLol. You are not a dick. If I could have it I would eat it all day long:) I know how it tastes. Hope God is not reading this. On a serious note i do eat choices that you listed. It was just a sample of one day. Where do you see plant fats on my diet though?
