Hi guys! My name is John and im 25 year old male pretty much an ectomorph. Im 184 cm only 70kg in weight and around 12% body fat. I have carb back loading book and just bought today carb nite since it was on special offer.I currently train 3 times a week with weights and also train 3 times doing Wing Chun. Tuesday Thursday and Saturday and following a workout program that lasts 6 months from a book called The Max Muscle Plan by Brad. At the moment i train 3 times a week doing heavy compound movements with different reps.My goal is to gain muscle and weight so i was thinking about following DB instead of SA but after giving it some thought and getting some valiable help from ibobland08 i decided to follow SA but made some tweeks to it and would like to hear your opinions/thoughts.I dont have the best genetics regarding gaining muscle (not complaining at least im healthy) and i know that because whenever i tried bulking up i usually gain more fat than muscle and also did some hormonal blood tests a while ago and found that my testosterone levels for my age are fairly medium/low but before even considering HRT or anything like that i have done my research read/reading books about nutrition and hormones and im currently trying to raise my levels naturally by eating a good amount of saturated fats together with cod liver oil. Supplementing with magnesium tartrate, zinc, vit c, K vitamins, fish oils, getting decent amount of sleep, trying to eliminate chemicals and xenoestrogens, optimizing my vitamin d levels and trying to get a decent amount of cholesterol from egg yolks every single day! Hopefully i ll raise them the natural way because for a 25 year old to go on TRT isnt a really a wise choice because i will probably have to follow it all my life! Any thoughts on how to optimise my T levels are also greatly appreciated.Anw not to bore you guys! i ll show you bellow the tweaks and modifications i have made and will greatly appreciate all your thoughts.Training daysWake up at 7.20AM have accelerator shake 10g whey concentrate with 1 tbsp MCT oil, 2 carlson super cod liver oil caps with a teaspoon of kerrygold unsalted butter (im following tim ferris recomendations for my T levels)8.30AM breakfast (I know for SA breakfast isnโ€™t allowed but my company I work at brings us free breakfast every morning so I thought its a pity not to eat) so I eat around 75grams of edam cheese and some turkey breast with some cucumbers1PM lunch time. I usually have a good amount of veggies, a good amount of meat around 200g-250g cooked weight of either chicken, pork, beef together with 4 whole eggs and some almonds or brazil nuts6PM pre workout Ignition formula. Here I have the DB ignition formula instead of the SA one. 20g whey concentrate, 2 tbsp MCT oil and 5g creatine mono6.30PM Sustainer formula. 20g whey concentrate, 50g dextrose (I only have normal casein no hydro and im waiting for my leucine to arrive to add that also)Post training Hypertrophic potentiator I also do the DB one and not the SA one. 20g whey, 20g casein, 50g dextrose, 5g creatinePost training meal 1 is usually a good amount of carbs either white rice, sweet potatoes, normal potatoes, and some sort of meatPost training meal 2 usually before bed is either a massive bowl of some type of cornflakes usually frosties or rice crispies or a decent amount of ice cream (around 300g) with a shake of casein. And also before bed I take some kerrygold butter with the cod liver oilCarbs are around 300-400g on training days.Protein is around 200g fats around 100g and carbs around 300-400g. During the ULC part of the day I try taking 100g protein and around 70g fats.Non Training Days7.20AM have accelerator shake 10g whey concentrate with 1 tbsp MCT oil, 2 carlson super cod liver oil caps with a teaspoon of kerrygold unsalted butter (im following tim ferris recomendations for my T levels)8.30AM breakfast (I know for SA breakfast isnโ€™t allowed but my company I work at brings us free breakfast every morning so I thought its a pity not to eat) so I eat around 75grams of edam cheese and some turkey breast with some cucumbers1PM lunch time. I usually have a good amount of veggies, a good amount of meat around 200g-250g cooked weight of either chicken, pork, beef together with 4 whole eggs and some almonds or brazil nuts6PM Some veggies with cheddar cheese and some nuts or a whey shake with MCT oil if im in a hurry to go to wing chun (is a whey shake ok to have on non training days or is the insulin spike not wanted?)9PM 150-200g cooked meat or fish with 4 whole eggs and veggies and nutsBefore bed 1 tbsp kerrygold butter with cod liver oilOn non training days I try to keep carbs minimum protein around 200g and fats around 145gOh and something i forgot to mention. Im currently taking no caffeine or no stimulants are i am on a 45 day break to relax my adrenals and get caffeine working again since i couldnt feel anything anymore. Does it matter a lot that i am not taking any caffeine now with CBL?So there it is guys. Sorry for the long boring sheet. Every opinion is welcome and greatly appreciated. Thanks guysJohn
