Hey y’all, simply asking for other people’s experiences. I’ve been craving popcorn lately (specifically the Smartfood White Cheddar Popcorn, if anyone knows what I’m talking about) and can’t decide if it’s going to be too low of a glycemic index to include on my CN.
Has anyone had success including popcorn on a CN?
