I train tues and thurs-sun so i backload those days, some a lot lighter than others that being said has anyone had major success doing it on days before training? for instance if i train tues,th,fri,sat,sun instead of backloading those days id bl on mon,wed,th,fri,sator do most people just stick with the normal protocol(was listening to the podcast with jonathan watson so i got to thinking)
I think this is addressed in the book. You pretty much only want to BL the night before a workout if you're going to be working out in the AM, or if you've had multiple (more than 2) off-days in a row.
also anyone do late night training and eat carbs pre workout? i have to train around 9pm tonight
Frequently i train late, around 9pm, but regards to fat loss, i never have carbs before pre wo, sometimes intra wo if i feel/need it. But my trainings are bodyweight's ones, so ...
