I bought Lipo 6 Black ultra concentrate from GNC today to help assist with my cutting. Has anyone tried this? What are your thoughts on the ingredients like (synephrine)? Btw you can't buy nicotine gum tell your 18 so I'll have to wait tell next month to get that.and yes I got my diet and workout program down I weigh everything i eat on a food scale, track my macros, etc.

No because it's a waste of money
I assumed that the slight increase in calories burn from them is negligible but instead they help you get through workouts during long bouts of calorie restriction.
Do the ephedrine-caffeine stack. Much cheaper, more effective, and it's available pretty much everywhere.

It's in some over-the-counter allergy meds, but here in Oklahoma you have to show ID and sign for them. And then you can only get a certain amount per 30 days.

I had a coach tell me it was in the fat burner called "yellow jackets" about a year ago, but I never went for it. The legal version may be in there.
There is also pseudoephedrine, which is similar to ephedrine. This stuff is found in the old Sudafed formula. You can still buy it at the pharmacy, but you have to ask the pharmacist and he will card you. They do not put that stuff on the shelves. They have a Sudafed that they sell on the shelves but it isn't the same.

To be totally honest with you, you are 17, why take a fat burner? Don't worry about trying to get super low levels of body fat. Be happy at say, 10-12%, gain muscle and get strong.
