After looking at their high-end products, it looks like they're all the same(Plazma, Mag-10, Anaconda) except with varying levels of HBCDs.

MikehrMemberYeah but the combination of lots of micro nutrients and what not seem to be really beneficial for the workout intensity and endurance, I dunno If id ever buy the products regardless of how good they are, you can buy real “supps” for that price!

How hard were you dieting then? How low were cals?

Diet was clean as fuck and I never count cals but around 2k. It was pretty much CBL but I my backloads were tiny. Like no more than 50 carbs. LolI never eat carbs during the and haven't for years. I was doing CBL before I knew about it. Lol

Oh ok makes sense that you were using the BCAAS then, those are crazy low for a dude your size and activity level.

Scope75GuestMost cals came from fats too. Instead of beef and bacon I'd have chicken and avocado in a salad. Lean protein and raw/steamed veggies.I set myself up for a ugly rebound of fat when I fractured my leg and busted my ankle. I gained 21+ pounds in 10-12 days!! Less than 50g carbs a day but massive amounts of fats and protein but the pounds on my quick. The 10-12 days it took to gain 21+ will probably take 1.5-2 months to remove.

MikehrMembershitty dude, sorry to hear that but I think a lot of the 21 is water/inflammation, its almost impossible to put on that much fat in 10-12 without having a ton of carbs each day.

Idk I thought most was water to but the spare tire felt solid and not watery, and its taking a shit load of time to drop it if it was just water. I had to of gained 12-14 legit pounds of fat and what not and the rest was water. I no longer use BCAAs since I switched to BBECs Beef, Bacon, Eggs, Cheese!!!

RussiBGuestSeems like lots of people have various recommendations. On CNS, I tend to have 200mg caffeine and 75mg aspirin pre workout then 20g whey, 10g BCAA, 5g Creatine immediately PWO. Sounds like I should be waiting to have my PWOS; can anyone help clear this up? I workout early AM so need something between my workout and my first meal, about 1pm.Appreciate any advice.Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

I don't see any issues with what you're doing.

Scope75GuestLooks solid to me. Maybe up the protein in your Post workout shake but that's not a big deal.
