Hi Guys, Kind of a weird question here. Does anyone know of any way to increase the time it takes for your food to digest? It seems that as soon as I start my backload all the food goes right through me and let me tell you that is quite annoying.
Dietary fiber + fat will slow down absorption of your food. But you might consider doing that at dinner, because you really want a high glycemic carb after your workout. Then having some veggies with dinner and a little bit of fat would help. Not optimal from Kiefer's recommendations though.

In what way? If you mean you get hungry shortly after your meal then embrace this and eat more. If you mean you are just getting the shits and not actually digesting anything then you are probably better served by adding things that enhance/support digestion rather than trying to slow it down. In this case Id recommend Betaine HCL.
dextrose shakes by themselves go right through me, but its not nearly as bad if i sip on them while i eat food. has anyone else had problems with dextrose?
