CcosgrovMemberI'm just over 3 weeks into CBL and I'm havin such a hard time eating :-[. At the beginning I was doing great with my meals. But within the last week I have been nauseous and having a hard time eating at all. Has anyone had this issue before? Otherwise I feel fine so I don think its a flu or anything. Any suggestions? I would say I am barely making 500 calories for the day.

CBachelor17MemberBarely making 500 calories a day sounds like a problem. I don't know, and don't want to find out what it would do to my body. But you need to be eating more. If you cant eat than take the calories in liquid form. Wether it be an accelerator shake or something like it.

I am lifting heavy weights. I do resistance training every other day (Hypertrophy specific training 6 week program), and at least 2 days a week of HIIT. My first meal of the day is around noon. I have protein shakes to try and help me make my protein for the day. I'm hoping that I'll get through this and it's just a phase. It's hurting my results though 🙁 cause I'm gaining. Which in itself is strange.

Seriously? 😮 Can you post your diet for a couple of the previous 500 cal days. Or keep track of what you eat for a couple days and then log it here if you can't remember past days. Though if you're only getting 500 calories then there shouldn't be too much to remember ::)

CcosgrovMemberYeah posting meals isn't too hard lol…these have been typical days since Tuesday. Yesterday11:00 - protein shake (120 cal, 1 g carb) with fish oil 12:00 - 1/2 cucumber, almonds (80 cal)3:00 - turkey all natural lunch meat 2 slices with slice of cheese (~100 cal) 8:00 - cauliflower and 6ozs lean steak (200 cal) Today 12:00 - PWO shake with fish oil3:00 - slice of cheese and turkey slice8:00 - grilled chicken and cauliflower I worked out today (11:00) I'm on holidays.
