Yeah they are fine if you got the money for them 90% of the "effectiveness" of a preworkout is the caffeine.

sounds goodI've got shelves FULL of stuff and even if it's just the placebo that helps me hammer through a harder workout, then that's good enough for me.. I've got so much stuff

If you are doing programs similar to John Meadows Mountaindog, I find that taking his IntraMD is vital to help with recovery. Meadows type training is intense and difficult to complete without carbohydrates to help. Again carbs arent  meant for everyone pre and peri workout, Meadows even agrees with this. But if your training with great intensity and passion then you may consider his IntraMD to facilitate recovery and train 5-6 days a week.

I would say so yes. All ingredients you've specified have been proven to help and even just a little bit adds to allot over time.

Ill happily take them off you for a discount 🙂 It does "go against CBL" but you have to understand everyone is different. I started out with CBL and did everything as specified. Once I switched my training to Meadows Mountain dog, have no carbs for workout was not cutting it. I was constantly sore from the previous workout. Not bc CBL was failing, but bc Meadows workouts are just that damn intense and no BS. I still keep low carb first part of day, but started with Intra MD now for workouts and CBL as normal after my lifting sessions. Results: No soreness and no fat gain. You have to see what works for YOU. If I was not getting sore but then was gaining fat, I would have adjusted my CBL amount of carbs and then reevaluate. You have to constantly assess, evaluate, and implement your plans based off that. I realized training was brutal, and adjusted to fit what i felt was appopriate. I am also more on the lean side and can have more carbs than the average joe to begin with.

I don't get that luxuryI'm a genetic fat guy.I'm really going to follow it EXACTLY as laid out for a good 90 days and see what happens...if something just simply isn't working I can try the intra approach,  I was using truenutrition's MP muscle intrusion for a while, essentially the same thing as intra-md, but tastes better.. now I have tons of intra-md

it's not going anywhere for now, don't fret.giving CBL a shot, if I like it and I don't feel the need for intra-md, I will certainly let go heavily discounted.if I don't like CBL, or if my training is too intense and requires carbs, I will be using.

Altius by Jacked Factory and MaxHP by prime nutrition are two pretty well dosed preworkouts that don't contain leucine and are basically carb free.

BUT SCOPE IT HAS SUCRALOSE IN IT AND SUCRALOSE WILL RUIN ALL MY GAINZ EVER AND ACTUALLY CAUSE THE OPPOSITE OF INSULIN SECRETION, RIGHT!?! On the realsies though, that looks pretty sweet. Borderline make you a little coked out...but sweet. I like that they don't over caffeinate it. I feel like a lot of "hardcore" pre's just end up getting their "hardcoreness" from 300-500mg caffeine lol.
