If only I could get a bottle that still had the ephedra in it. 😉

Ultimate Orange Juiced or get the FUCK OUT!!!!http://stores.gymntonic.com/1-selling-p-w-o-ultimate-orange-juiced-preworkout-pre-order-only-by-mind-charm-technologies-super-strong/Hands down the best preWO out and that I've ever tried.Drive, Focus, and Motivation to kill any and every workout day after day. It's also a great out on the town supp too. I don't drink but UOJ makes me social and gets me feeling great.

Trust me that UOJ is on a completly different level. I like it so much I have 6 containers of it. If your a stim based preWO guy try out Ultimate Punched Out. It can be found on that same site.

BUT SCOPE IT HAS SUCRALOSE IN IT AND SUCRALOSE WILL RUIN ALL MY GAINZ EVER AND ACTUALLY CAUSE THE OPPOSITE OF INSULIN SECRETION, RIGHT!?!

    Shit....life's ruined

Borderline make you a little coked out...but sweet. I like that they don't over caffeinate it. I feel like a lot of "hardcore" pre's just end up getting their "hardcoreness" from 300-500mg caffeine lol.

Orange Juiced is super smooth and no coked out feeling at all. I've never took a full serving serving of the punched out but it'll make some clintch there teeth. A 50/50 mix of orange juiced and punched out is how you end up lifting all day. Think I lifted and did cardio for 4hrs and it felt like nothing until the next day. Lol

Wait… serious question here even though I know you guys are poking fun at the idea but…I basically quit taking any preworkout supps because of the sweeteners and certain ingredients that I thought would elicit an insulin response. Stuff like Ace-K, sucralose, agmatine (insulin) and leucine (insulin) would send me running the other direction. But I take it you guys don't seem to think that's a legit concern?

If you're not consuming carbs with them you're fine. Like high or low GI carbs. Just straight caffeine or a certain pre-workout is fine. Anything insulin spiking will stop fat mobilization you want from a workout.

So how about something like agmatine? It's insuliogenic, from everything I've read.

Sorry, man. Wasn't meaning to insult, just being silly. I think the only reason to stay away from them is if you stall in progress or your a huge worrier. The stress from taking 0.02mg of Ace-K is more likely to have a negative impact on your physique than the insulinogenic properties. I did the same as you in regards to avoiding stuff at first. After using the diet as prescribed and moving forward I realized it wasn't a huge issue for me to worry about. The benefits of the pre-workout outweighed the possible negatives. Really, though, you should take what I say with a grain of salt since I'm technically "Rogue" and use CBL how I want...so there ya go!

@BigTex: That was my reaction too! Haha@Scope75: Hahah my bad, I forgot I even wrote that! @InchXInch: No worries my man, and thanks for clearing up your stance in the explanation. It'll be something I toy with going forward. I think you're right; a pre might do more good than harm for me. There's some grain of meathead bro in me that just likes to drop some powder in the shaker, watch it glow florescent for a while, and then slam it... because then you know it's go time lol

Haven't tried either but Id buy LGIs preWO. Look into IronMagLabs Maximum Pump Extreme. I can vouch for that product.
