In my last post i asked if I should start the prep again if I botched the back loading and had carbs during the day. Got mixed answers but Ive decided to do it again. This is like the 4th time Ive attempted it. I have a few questions. Is it normal to feel hot all the time?Im having cold sweats during the night. Is that bad?I find it hard to go to sleep even though Im tired and drained from training and low carbs. Has anyone else experienced this?I have dizzy spells sometimes. Why is that?Ive been to the doctor and he says everythings fine. I dont normally get these problems until i start having under 30g carbs for the prep. i got half way through and couldnt handle the lack of sleep so gave up...but Im giving it another go.

Are you eating enough and the right type of fats? Ideally should be fat in grams equal to your lean bodyweight with protein matching fat. Also the quality of the food matters a lot. Grass fed butter and grass fed beef, quality veggies, like spinach, green beans, asparagus, broccoli, omega 3 eggs.

I find I'm hot all the time. Not sure on the cold sweats, I just sweat because I feel like a damn furnace. Some people will have a hard time sleep when ULC, you could try adding 1 tsp of raw honey before bed, just watch the carbs. Are you getting enough sodium and potassium? Try to find the reduced sodium salts that have added potassium and add it to everything, even put some in your water.
