Yea both times I was pounding EC pretty hard, so that's another factor. I think it comes down to, it works but only if you do it carefully and briefly.
except in the overweight it was meant to be used briefly. For lean people, who are around 15% body fat, its only meant to be used for twelve days before taking a break. even for bigger people, >15%, It's still only meant to be used a max of 6 weeks, and includes refeeds/free meals.
