mwachtelParticipantSo you get your coworkers to eat more by cooking bacon and having fresh pastries . . . ?
Actually it goes both ways. I go my boss, who is a pseudo health food seeker you except high fat, low carb, as a healthier lifestyle. But I make delicious frosting, and shes always dipping her finger in it, so I feel kind of bad.I got her to always have C.O. to sell in the store. im still working on grass fed butter. And still trying to smuggle raw milk into this joint hahahaha.

CainoParticipantOk for last and once for all, do you guys think sugar free gum mixed with a dose of nicotine gum is enough to stop this fat burning process, for what ive seen its mixed opinions, i use extra sugarfree spearmint

MinnichParticipantJust looking at food porn can elevate grehlin levels: http://www.emaxhealth.com/1275/pictures-delicious-food-may-contribute-weight-gainWouldn't surprise me if tasting sweet food prepped your body to release insulin
And on that topic, super markets make very little profit on their fresh baked goods. The main purpose of the bakery is to get the smell of fresh bread in the air to make shoppers feel hungrier and buy more food.
Wouldn't surprise me!
I employ that same tactic at work (a kitchen), get the cinnabuns out as quick as possible, cooking bacon really well, and choco chip cookies are the best at this.
It works! I was shopping at Giant last night and I smelled the donuts. I almost went nuts, fighting off the urge to sprint over there, murdering anyone who happened to be in my way...

And let me guess, all progress has stopped and youve turned into a big lardass? No? Ok then keep doing what your doing. The nicotine gum itself would have some kind of sweetner in it and that hasnt stopped people from using it effectively. This has to be dose dependant. The amount of sweetner or sugar in a piece of gum is going to be so small as to be negligable. You think Kiefer would suggest using something thats supposed to be for fat burning if it did the complete opposite?

Fair enough, yeah the gods have not rained havoc on me like i thought with regards to chewing gum, however i just finsihed a second prep phase with gum this time around and a wee bit more fats for much needed energy, and the results where not as good, 1.2 kg difference 2.5 lbs
