    Hey guys I've gt a weight gainer tht I jst wnt to finish and it has leucine with 40g protien and 50 carbs with tht be oryt to take Aftr wrkout and it also contains whey isolate apart from tht before carb loading my meals are fine and there's no problem

    Fructose and corn solids would have me a bit worried. Ingredients are always listed by amount so that means the fructose is high, but the waxy maize and maltodextrin are higher. Don't know to be honest.RB

    Yeah you're right. Maybe on a day without much other "junk" it should fit well.

    well one shake would have 176 according to the label you pasted.  Personally i would doubt it having more than 30g of fructose – i say go for it.you could always add the shake to a high carb-high glycemic PWO meal.  If you can stomach it all  LOL

    What kind of carbs? I would say if the carbs are too slowly digested, it's not ideal. Some newer weight gainers have carbs from oat meal, brown rice or other slow digesting carbs in them.For the purpose of CBL, the faster the carbs the better.

    Yh it says its low girl carbs but only 40% of the shake is slow digesting the only am tking it is cuz am out of whey and need a reasonable high protien intake

    I would just try it. Go for it, if you feel/look shitty in the morning, stop.
