First off, I'm using CNS and have only recently started lifting. I am a newbie, but I pay attention & can read. 🙂 So I have been following Shockwave. Anyway, Keifer had mentioned a mid week back load on CNS. I'm interest because I've been pretty lethargic & sleeping has been spotty. What would be you guys' opinion on a training day worthy of a backload?P.S. I also teach and train martial arts two or three days a week for a couple hours each.

Stick to having a CN every 7th day and go from there.

I can do that Tex. I was just wondering. I've been on CNS for almost 3 months now. I've seen good gains/losses. Down from 205 to 188 and now have some muscles showing. I'm wanting to move on to CBL. But I would like a lower BF% first.

The twice a week Carb Nite is for people that are very lean.  Unless you are below 10%, I wouldn't do a twice a week Carb Nite.

Agreed. I totally messed up my progress by not sticking to once a week. Not worth it.
