The ones I have in mind are females. Now please bare with me as I explain a bit. Three want mainly fat loss or "tone" (ugh can't stand that word).............so perhaps SA for them. The other one wants to put a bit more muscle on than the other girls do. Basically, they want to look good and a bit of muscle2 of them train 3 days a week and the other 2 train 2 times a week. Hope that helps a bit

Well who wants what.If the girls who train 2 times a week want fat loss then they should do carb nite or modified 2x a week carb nite.If the girls who want to add muscle train twice a week then they may do 3 backloads a week, or small backloads the night before a session and small loads the day off (depending on training times)Really there will be a lot of variables to play with, but if I had a female only training 2-3 times a week I would likely have them do either carb nite, mod carb nite, or 3 moderate backloads a week regardless just because of female metabolism they tend to do better with a lower to moderate carb intake and a higher fat intake then males will.

Ok so say i go with the 3 backloads a week. Thats pretty easy to implement with the three days a week. Now how about the ones that train twice per week. Based on their training times, they could do both on the night prior to traiing or right after training (pending its after 5pm). What about the twice a week trainers. How would i ge tthe 3rd back load day in for them and where could I put it. Perhaps 2 days after the last training day?

Sorry for the crazy questions and confusion. Im a huge advocate of CBL and CN, so my job is to make sure it works right for them plus getting them to buy off on eating high glycemic carbs in order to burn fat. I know they would be on board if I told them they could eat ice cream and burn fat and build lean muscle, lol

Again, a lot to play with.Depending on how their training is set up, you may have them eat a small amount of carbs the night before each training session  (Depending on length between sessions) or a backload in between the two, since women will hold glycogen longer then men.

Yeah Trevor, Too many variables............complicated. Well the three days a week is a bit simpler, I can make sure that is smoother for them. Now here is the kicker, how do i explain CBL ot them to where they will be on board for trying it

Be careful with telling them "Eat pizza and ice cream and get ripper"This will sound a bit sexiest, but women will be more likely to take it out of context and eat 1 pint of ben and jerrys after a plate of pasta each time. Tell them to just eat some simple carbs like potatoes and rice and that like, and maybe have a couple single serving dunkin hines brownies from the store or a half a pint of B&J after a really heavy workout without it hurting their progress.

Ok trevor, So if they train in the morning, backload the night before correct. If they training ends at or after 5pm backload aftet the workout. Do I have that right. Or what if they train at 3 and get done at like 4...............have a PWO shake or something until after 5pm?

That's probably what I'd have them do, but I'd not get stuck to one thing in particular, make sure they are willing to adjust things if you need to.

If it were me I'd put them all on Carb Nite.  Unless they have been training for years, they won't need CBL to put on whatever muscle they desire.  Plus let's be honest 99% of women (and most men) really don't care about muscle.  They want fat loss, a lower weight (regardless of how meaningless that is), and a smaller dress size.  Deliver that they will consider it a success.  I think CBL is treading in dangerous water.
