    If it were me I'd put them all on Carb Nite.  Unless they have been training for years, they won't need CBL to put on whatever muscle they desire.  Plus let's be honest 99% of women (and most men) really don't care about muscle.  They want fat loss, a lower weight (regardless of how meaningless that is), and a smaller dress size.  Deliver that they will consider it a success.  I think CBL is treading in dangerous water.

    Realisticly, I agree.CBL eating scheme (without telling them dirty carbs) maybe be a way to work them into ULC, but CNS would be ideal.

    Right, CBL would be a compromise if they can't deal with the strictness of CNS, which most first time dieters can't.

    I agree this is probably more about fatloss and keeping muscle more so than building it. But long term people need to learn how to eat carbs.

    Ok guys I'll just recommended CN too them and call it a day. I think they might get too wrapped around the details to handle CBL
