Backloading on ULC days

    Yeah, do you guys backload calories on ULC days? And, why (not)?

    No, usually I would space out 3/4 meals throughout the day. Breakfast usually 13 hours after my last evening meal and then space the rest of my meals out every 4-5 hours with the odd snack of almonds if i'm hungry.

    Again, depends on if I'm hungry or not. I eat the same during the day, but at night yes my appetite does get higher.

    Yes I eat 60-80% of my cals at night. Coffee and fats MCT/butter fuel me threw out the day and then I feast at night. Probably not the best way to go about or do things but it works for me and I never worry about what I'm gonna eat for lunch. Lol

    I tend to eat more at night simply because that eating pattern is more convenient and natural for me.  It's not really something I “try” to do more diet purposes.  I personally don't think it matters how you time your ULC meals.  Maybe backloading your protein would have an advantage, but that probably doesn't matter.
