So since my work schedule has changed I have started to backload the day before my lifts and training earlier in the day.I usually backload from about 9pm - 1am and usually lift anywhere from 1130 - 2 pmI am actually headed to the gym for around 3pm today and backloaded last night.My question is, is this too late of a training time to be backloading the night before and not after?Should I backload tonight or stay ULC if I am heading to the gym at 3pm today?
