How would you guys go about this? Thursdays I do my weight training about 4pm, as usual, but then I have soccer at 9pm. Should I take my CARB SHOCK 1 hr after the weight training and then 30mins later start backloading or would you wait until I finish soccer to start with the carbs?Thanks!
I would take it after your training with weights, and I would wait to backload till after soccer. That way you don't have a bunch of food in your stomach when you're trying to sprint/run or do drills.
