Also would a dextrose source like pixie sticks or a pro/dex shake during my backload meal be ok to try and up my carb intake?

Thank you, so my revised diet looked better? Any carb sugisgestions for my backload meal, and is 500 or so carbs going to be ok to start? I'm having a real hard time figuring out how im going to be able to consume that many carbs in one sitting so i'm open to suggestions.

I think your diet looked pretty good.  I would play it by how you feel.  You may want to start with a smaller backload and workup to 500g CHO.  Just to see how your body responds.  I'm not sure how your loading will go since you're training in the morning and won't have the tGLUT response.  But you'll still be able to fill up glycogen stores.  I've never used the tables.  I just go by how I look and feel in the morning...if I had too much you'll be soft and bloated.  Too little, you'll be flat.  You can kind of baseline it that way until you get the feel for it.

Kiefer always said to start high and work down on the backloads instead of starting smaller. He said you'll get a greater response that way. Just a suggestion.

Oh yeah…good catch McLeod.  Go overboard so you know how it feels, then dial down.  Of course now I remember.  LOL.

Going overboard is way more fun anyway. Haha
