Hi all,I just finished the prep phase and had my first backload last night.  Quick Question, but first some setup:I do heavy compound lifts M/W/F around 3:30pm - 5:00pm.  Later on, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm I fence, which is sometimes aerobic, sometimes anaerobic.  Think of it like jumping rope for 3 minutes with brief bursts of 5-10 seconds high intensity activity.I think I should be taking my post-workout shake after lifting, waiting half an hour, then doing my carb back-loading meal with a small snack after fencing and before bed.  That's what I did last night.  Is this correct or should I put off the carb meal until after fencing? Thanks!

That's how I do it when I play hockey.. I'll workout from 3:30-4:30, PWO shake, most of carbs at a meal around 5:00/5:30, Play hockey from 7:00-8:30, then in the locker room I have a little protein, another 100ish grams of carbs-just to replenish what I used during the sport-and then when I get home about 10, I usually have a little more fat before bed, something like heavy cream, or almond butter.
