I usually only have one meal prior to working out at 6 pm. I was just wondering if sipping on BCAAs while working out would be detrimental.Thanks guys!
What's your main goal?If your main focus is losing body fat, skip it.If your main focus is to gain muscle, feel free to use it.I will throw it out there that once you run out of BCAA just get some straight leucine instead, it's the only one of the BCAA's that really have an effect with a high protein diet.
