Hey all, did a search first but didn't return any results. Anyone use Beef Liver tabs? I have for years, split dose throughout the day, and I am wondering how to fit them into a CBL nutrition plan…ideas, thoughts, help appreciated.
The BCAA content should be part of the complete protein profile. Shouldn't be a problem unless the brand you take is loaded with extra BCAA's which could spike insulin, so you wouldnt want to take that anytime you want to keep insulin low, like in the morning. I'm guessing your servings are around 3 or 4 grams of protein? Just take it with a meal.
