Hey guys. So ive been doing CBL for a while now. Im about to max out all my lifts next week and then I want to go into a complete shred until the summer. What are the main differences?
CBL: ulc during the day and eat carbs after workouts.CNS: ulc all day even post workout and once weekly carb re-feed.Main difference is the frequency at which you consume carbohydrates.
In reading this post about switching from CBL to CN, I thought about what I typically do. When i'm working on cutting some fat, i'll follow CN to a tee, and other than post workout shake, I won't eat dinner…so no “extra” carbs. This works well for me, and this year, as I didn't gain over the holidays, i'm staying at 10%BF.ps....only lift 3x per week, other nights are standard lowcarb/highfat dinners.
