Beginners workouts

    Hey guys. I've been doing CNS for a little over a month now and have gotten results that I am happy with but know that if I want to get where I truly want to be I need to add in working out.Can some people suggest some good beginners workouts for starting to lift.

    Have you looked into a basic and simple Push/Pull/Leg routine? Just a three day split to learn?

    i liked 5×5 workout when i first started lifting it gets a bit boring after awhile but good exercises and easy to follow
