Bench challenge rest periods

    Hi all,Just got the email from Kiefer with the new bench challenge. I'm super excited and impressed by the amount of info in the pdf, but I didn't see any guidelines for rest periods. Any suggestions?

    It's the same thing as the bench challenge he released last year, he just released to everyone though.

    Well from what I remember my Bench jumped from, at the time, barely 155 to at least 175 for a solid 5 reps I believe it was. It was over a year ago.

    Yes, you just change your bench day for the bench challenge, so still keep a should focused day or add some OHP after the main work.
