Right now I work 0600 to 1600 which is perfect for lifting right after work between 4-6 and then doing a CBL that night. Soon, I'll be switching to working 1500-000.. so which one of these options would be ideal:Training at 9am/10am, having my PWO shake with carbs, and then around 6pm have another small CBLOR..Wait until I get off work at midnight, go work out then, and then CBL immediately afterwards and don't go to bed until 0400I'm thinking both of these would work okay, but I'm wondering, in everyone's opinions, which would work BETTER, and why? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Both times are going to work. It is just a matter of which is more convenient to you. Personally I dont like lifting in the morning, BUT I wouldnt want to go to bed at 4am on a regular basis. The 1st option seems like a better idea for leading a somewhat normal life. Unless of course you go partying on the weekends and like staying up till the crack of dawn haha.

True.. I just know that the longer I'm on swing shift, the later I tend to stay up. I'll probably start out with the first option and gradually move into the second option.. and I do like going out on the weekends, but I shouldn't.  😛

I can see that happening. I tend to slowly stay up later and later before I know it I am staying up all night. I said the thing about going out somewhat jokingly. Pretty sure we have all had our fun going out at some point in life.
