D like to ncorporate some bicycling. Is that all right while in keto? Nothing major, just 30 minutes a few times a week. People, my fat, weight s so incredibly stubborn to come off. I'm ready to give up. I'm finding carb nite to be difficult. I just feel at this point, some cardio is needed. I've avoided it for so long, and wonder if this is part of my problem.
you could do fartlek style sprints on a stationary bike. Especially 1-2 days after carb nite. Do 30 sec. all out sprints, and then do 2-4:30 minute recovery periods. That could help deplete you more, and if you've tried tweaking everything else, could be the missing piece.
