Hi,  Is Biotrust Low Carb protein blend a good choice for CBL? It is a blend of whey isolate, whey concentrate, and casein.  It is a high quality product, but I want to know if it will be good for CBL's morning accelerator and post workout hypertrophic potentiator (I'd add Dextrose for that one).  Thanks for input!!!!You can view the product at this link:http://www.biotrust.com/Shop.asp?s=&View=Item&Group=327&Keyword=&Product=2409- on the right hand side you can click to see "ingredients and use"

Well, with carb shock probably any protein. But without it, ideally a blend protein and a hydrolysate.

Thanks Tex.  What about all the “typical supps” in pre work outs and such…. Beta Alanine, Glutamine, Arginine, L-Cituline Malate, etc.  Do they have any applicable beneficial use/ role to play in CBL?
