apisula2000MemberI must say, last night my wife and I had our BL night and I chose to eat cleaner high glycemics vs. splurging on crap. I feel much better this morning vs. eating ice cream and cookies. Here is a breakdown of my BL:4 p.m - PWO w/ dextrose5 p.m. -8 oz lean ground beef w/2 cups white rice7 p.m. - 2 gluten free pancakes w/ maple syrup8 p.m. - 2 cups rice chex w/ maple syrupI felt great and liked the way I looked this morning.

love the rice chex and maple:) one of my favorite backload foods.. noticed many feel much better when they cut/limit dairy and gluten from their backloads or carbnites

Nice. I took in around 280 last night, but I am trying to stay under 300g for the purpose of staying lean. So far so good.

I currently weigh to 240lb and pretty comfortable with it right now. With the Summer and all I am not sweating it much as long as I don't gain fat which I have dropped more fat since switching to CBL. When I feel chunkier I cut down on the desert meals and after a day or two back to normal.

I'm currently sitting at 191lbs, but want to be at 180-185. I haven't had my body fat % checked, the only way we know (and don't know how accurate) is our WW digital scale. I assume its not too accurate. Honestly though at my weight, it is very difficult to judge how I look, whether it be chunky or what.
